All items are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping

🌍 International & U.S. Remote Areas

(Including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses)

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days after shipping

📦 Total Delivery Time

Please note that total delivery time includes processing + shipping:

  • USA: 5–12 business days total
  • Worldwide: 9–19 business days total

📍 Tracking Your Order

All orders include full tracking.

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system

📮 Failed Delivery / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts

👉 The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • Significantly delayed (beyond 20 business days)
