How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Worldwide shipping, including remote U.S. areas, military addresses, and islands, usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch.
How long does it take to process my order?
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
Yes. We offer a replacement or full refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Yes. We ship worldwide, including many international destinations, remote U.S. regions, islands, and APO/FPO military addresses.
